Exchanges and Returns

Returns and Exchange Policy

If you aren't happy with your order we can accept a return for either an exchange or full refund up to 14 days after delivery. Unfortunately we are not big enough to provide pre-paid returns labels yet, however this is something we are working on. This means you'll have to cover the costs are returning your order to us. However, we encourage you to keep the free sticker and jewellery pouch that came with your order and only ask for the items and clear zip lock bag back. To make this process easier for everyone we have a few simple steps to follow.

  1. Check your item is eligible for a return by reading through the criteria under the heading "What Items Can I Return?".
  2. Drop us an email at support@benswearofficial.com
  3. In this email please provide us with a proof of purchase receipt, your full name, wherever you want a return or exchange and why.
  4. We'll get back to your as soon as possible with our returns address.

What Items Can I Return?

As long as you email us within 14 days of delivery, all items on our store page can be returned if you are dissatisfied or have the wrong size. All we require is a proof of purchase from us. If you order has visible wear or damage your order may not be eligible for a return. Your order must be clean and odorless. 

Can I Exchange Items?

If you order the wrong size ring or decide you want another product you can return the product to Ben's Wear for an exchange. However, to ensure you order the correct size the first time we highly encourage you to take a look at our Sizing Guide. Exchanges must be for an items for the same value. This would include the same item but a different size or colour.

 Do You Issue Refund?

Yes we offer full refund via your original payment method as long as the returns process has begun within 14 days after delivery.
