PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days via Royal Mail First Class Postage. After shipping, UK orders generally arrive within 2-4 working days. European orders usually take 3-17 business days. USA and The Rest of the World orders usually take 5-25 business days.

PACKAGING

All purchases come with 1 free random Ben's Wear Sticker and black satin jewellery pouch for free. Inside the jewellery pouch the item or items will be in a protective transparent plastic zip lock bag. Our envelopes are designed for recycling, just simply remove the inner plastic bubble wrap before doing so.

UK ORDERS

All UK orders come with FREE shipping via Royal Mail First Class. This option does not come with tracking, if you want your orders to be tracked please select it at the checkout for an additional £5.25 via Royal Mail Tracked with Signature.

EUROPEAN ORDERS

We offer shipping to all European countries. All European orders are tracked and signed for via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (£9.75). This is the safest way to ship internationally and deliver you orders in an undamaged condition.

REST OF THE WORLD AND USA ORDERS

All orders outside of the UK and Europe are tracked and signed for via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (9.75). This is the safest way to ship internationally and deliver you orders in an undamaged condition.

LATE OR LOST ORDERS

We do our best to ensure all parcels are processed and handed over to our carriers in the estimated time frame so they're delivered quickly. But unfortunately some parcels may arrive outside the estimate time frame given above. When placing your order please check you have given us the correct delivery address as we take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address. Royal Mail state that a parcel sent domestically within the UK will not be considered lost until after 14 working days after dispatch. In this scenario please email us at the address given below. Royal Mail consider a parcel sent to Europe to be lost after 20 working days after the due delivery date. A parcel sent to the USA and the Rest of the World will be consider lost after 25 working days after its due delivery date.
